by 30 June All Clubs and District Officers advise club and officer details to District 72 Webmaster using website form.
25-26 June Incoming District Officer Training, Silver Oaks Inn (formerly Quality Inn), 477 Gt South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland.  Full travel reimbursement.

Mid July Distinguished District Results announced by Toastmasters International
TI Proxies: Official proxy notification received by Club President via email.  Using TI website Club assigns proxy online.  District Governor to monitor.
Early August District 72 Toastmaster of the Year Award announced

Clubs send out Dues Invoice to members

September Area Contests completed.  For those Areas who have not yet held their Humorous and Table Topics Contests.  Notify Division Governors of winners.
