Updating Club Officer Details

There are two things every club must do each year at this time:

  • Update your club details on World Headquarters online (click the Club Officer tab, then a login and password is required)
  • Update your club details for Toastmasters New Zealand - Club Finder, Directory and Email Redirection systems.  Fill in our Online Form to send your details to the District Webmaster for action. Remember to check your club's listing on the Club Finder first!

Please note: Club updates are progressively being undertaken by the District Webmaster.  If clubs have not advised any updates, the current details will remain.

District Officer Updates have been completed for email redirections, web pages, People Finder and District Directory data file.  Any vacant Area Governor positions have been redirected to the respective Division Governor.

View the Dunedin Workshop 24/25 May story and images on the Web Workshops page.  The District Webmaster is available to hold workshops in your area.  Just email webmaster@toastmasters.org.nz to plan your web workshop.

Online Forms

In response to the increasing issue of bogus form submissions from the online forms on this website, all forms now have an authentication process built in.  When you submit a form you will see a flashing set of green letters which you must type correctly before the form will be submitted.  If you get it wrong, you will lose your data and have to retype it.

Please note: The names "Toastmasters International", "Toastmasters" and the Toastmasters International trademarks are protected in the United States, Canada and other countries where Toastmasters clubs exist.
