It was with pleasure that I represented the District Team and attended the Charter Dinner for Toastmasters @ Lunchtime at Whangarei on 16 June 2007.
Sponsors, mentors, charter members, toastmasters from Whangarei Toastmasters along with invited guests attended the evening. Robin Grieve was the MC for the evening. Table Topics, entertaining speeches from Whangarei Toastmaster Club and Toastmasters @ Lunchtime were presented. Chrissy Meyer DTM LT Governor Marketing presented the Banner to the Club President Rose Oosthuysen along with the Charter. All Charter members who attended the evening were presented with their Charter Certificates.
The evening was very successful and enjoyed by all who attended. Well done to all the members of Whangarei Toastmasters who helped charter Toastmasters @ Lunchtime and may this new club go from strength to strength.
