Instructions for Clubs

Ensure all new members of your club, whether New, Transfer, Reinstatement, or Dual, fill in a Form 400 - Toastmasters Application for Membership.  Retain the form for your Club records.

Toastmaster Fees:

The dues are:

  • Membership Dues: $54US annually, $27US payable every six months
  • New Member Fee: $20US
  • Form 400: The Form 400 Toastmasters Membership Application is designed to be compatible with the computer system at World Headquarters, and will require careful reading to ensure they are completed correctly.  (See below for link to download the form.)  Please write clearly.

    Online submission: Clubs must login to the World Headquarters website and process new member applications directly, using a club member's credit card.  Retain the form in the club records.

    Reinstated/dual/transfers

    Please note: Reinstated/dual/transferred member applications must be faxed to WHQ as they do not accept online submission.  Refer to the above form for fax numbers.

    All members should complete the Application Form for faxing, and retention on club files.

    Login and password needed: Clubs need to know their login and password for Club Business, and this can be obtained by an authorised club officer if it has been lost or forgotten.  Please refer to www.toastmasters.org for more information.  When online processing is completed, the New Member Kit will be sent to the club's postal address by the New Zealand WHQ Supplies Officer Richard Watson, who is advised weekly of new members by WHQ.
