For Toastmasters Year from 1 July 2010
22-23 May 2010	TLI Training, Silver Oaks Inn (formerly Quality Inn), 477 Gt South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland. Full travel reimbursement. Incoming Senior District Officers Planning Session (District Governor, Lt Governors)
by 15 June	All Clubs and District Officers advise club and officer details to District 72 Webmaster using website form.
19-20 June	Incoming District Officer Training, Silver Oaks Inn (formerly Quality Inn), 477 Gt South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland. Full travel reimbursement.
By 30 June	Club and Officer Information submitted to World Headquarters All 2009-10 Award applications submitted to World Headquarters
30 June	Toastmasters Year ends
1 July 2010	District and Club Officers officially take office. Area Governor 1^st round club visits begin
1 July-31 August	Club Officer Training Divisions A-G
Mid July	Distinguished District Results announced by Toastmasters International
3 May-31 July	TI Proxies: Official proxy notification received by Club President via email. Using TI website Club assigns proxy online. District Governor to monitor.
Early August	District 72 Toastmaster of the Year Award announced
August	Club Contests completed. For those clubs who have not yet held their Humorous and Table Topics Speech Contests. Notify Area Governors of winners.
09-10 August	Senior District 72 Officer Training (District Governor, Lt Governor Education & Training and Lt Governor Marketing), in Palm Desert, California, USA
11-14 August	International Convention in Palm Desert, California, USA
31 August	Club Officer Training for 2010-11, 1^st round, completed
August	Clubs send out Dues Invoice to members
September	Area Contests completed. For those Areas who have not yet held their Humorous and Table Topics Contests. Notify Division Governors of winners.
4-5 September	District Officer Training, District Executive Meeting, Silver Oaks Inn (formerly Quality Inn), 477 Gt South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland. Reimbursement by schedule.
20 September	District Goal for Dues Renewals sent direct to WHQ (Advise New Zealand Dues Renewals Officer)
30 September	Dues Renewals due at WHQ
30 September	Club Officer Training, 1^st round, registered at World Headquarters, online or deadline postmark
30 September	Area Governor 1^st round club visits completed
2 October	Divisions A, B and C Conference if chosen to run two Conferences this calendar year. Division finals of the Humorous and Table Topics Speech Contests (if not already held)
10 October	Last day second round of Dues Renewals are registered at WHQ by 5 pm (USA Pacific Time) for DCP points
9 October	Divisions D, E, F & G Conference if chosen to run two Conferences this calendar year. Division finals of the Humorous and Table Topics Speech Contests (if not already held)
31 October	Area Governor 1^st club visit forms deadline
19 November	District Officer Training, New Plymouth. Reimbursement by Schedule.
19 November	District Executive Meeting, New Plymouth.
20 November	District Council Meeting at District 72 Semi-Annual Convention, Plymouth International Hotel and Conference Centre, New Plymouth
20-21 November	Finals of District 72 Table Topics and Humorous Speech Contests, District 72 Convention, Plymouth International Hotel and Conference Centre, New Plymouth
1 December 2010-28 February 2011	Club Officer Training, 2^nd round, begins

1 January 2011	Area Governor, 2^nd round club visits begin (forms mailed from WHQ to Area Governors with 31 December District Performance Report)
12-14January	Senior District Officer mid year Training (District Governor, Lt Governor Education & Training, Lt Governor Marketing) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Top 4 meet in Auckland to review strategy for remainder of Toastmasters year
during February	Clubs send out Dues Invoice to members
28 February	Club Officer Training, 2^nd round, completed
end February	Club Speech contests to be completed
5-6 March	District Officer Training. (District Executive Meeting). Silver Oaks Inn (formerly Quality Inn), 477 Gt South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland. Reimbursement by Schedule
1-14 March	Toastmaster Weeks
