The documents for the next Executive Committee and District Council Meetings are available for downloading from this section. Please look under District Executive Meeting Papers in the navigation bar on the left to download the files.
Please note: All files are located in the Zip file in RTF format suitable for any operating system so you can download all files in one operation, with the Notice and Agenda as a pdf for quick reference.
Please email webmaster@toastmasters.org.nz if this format is not suitable for you. Alternatives are Word/RTF, and PDF.
District Directories
You can access club contact details using the Club Finder. Please make that your first choice for information, and only request the directory by email if you need further information. The Directory will only be circulated by email direct to the requestor.
To obtain a copy of the Directory in Word or pdf format, please email webmaster@toastmasters.org.nz. This is to avoid the SPAM problem currently existing within Toastmasters and the easy access that spammers have to the directory to harvest email accounts.
Please note: The Toastmasters address list is provided for the sole purpose of current Toastmasters contacting each other for Toastmasters business. Unauthorised use of this address list will be investigated and appropriate action taken.
Corrections: If you wish to notify any corrections, please use the Club or Officer Change Form, or District Officer Updates form. Remember to check your club listing on the Club Finder database as well to make sure details are consistent.
