This form should be used to advise District 72 Toastmasters New Zealand of:

  • club meeting and contact details for the purposes of the website Club Finder database and District Directory
  • 3 club officers (President, VP Education and VP Membership) for the purposes of the District 72 Directory
  • clubs in formation

You may also need to advise World Headquarters of some of these changes.  Go to the WHQ Club and Officer Change Form. Choose the Club Officer tab in the left panel. Club login and Password is required.

Please read instructions and check details carefully before submitting as this information is exported to a Spreadsheet for use in the printable District Directory, the Club Finder database, and for managing the email redirection and e-newsletter systems.  Use correct sentence case and punctuation, eg type Wellington, not WELLINGTON.
