30 June Toastmasters Year ends

District and Club Officers officially take office
Area Governor 1st round club visits begin

1 July-31 August Club Officer Training Divisions A-G
Mid July Distinguished District Results announced by Toastmasters International
31 July TI Proxies to District Governor
Early August District 72 Toastmaster of the Year Award announced

Club Contests completed. For those clubs who have not yet held their Humorous and Table Topics Speech Contests.  Notify Area Governors of winners.

12-15 August International Convention in Mashantucket, Connecticut, USA

Club Officer Training for 2009-10, 1st round, completed

Clubs send out Dues Invoice to members

September Area Contests completed.  For those Areas who have not yet held their Humorous and Table Topics Contests.  Notify Division Governors of winners.

All Clubs and District Officers advise club and officer details to District 72 Webmaster using website form.

By 30 June All clubs advise WHQ of new club officers using website form

By 30 June

All Clubs advise WHQ of new club officers using website form. Clubs register all educational awards.

30 June

Toastmasters Year ends.

1 July 2010

New Toastmaster Year begins.  New Club, District and Field Officers take office.  Good luck!
