A wide range of organisations, both small and large, have found the benefits of Toastmasters to be hugely effective for their businesses, including many Fortune 500 companies.

Nearly one-third of all Fortune 500 companies now offer in-house Toastmasters clubs to help employees become better communicators and leaders. Industry giants such as Apple, AT&T, Bank of America, The Coca-Cola Company, Exxon Mobil, Google, Microsoft and The Walt Disney Company have found the Toastmasters International program to be an effective staff development tool that benefits their organisation in a meaningful way.

You don't have to be a Fortune 500 company to garner these benefits as you can develop your employee's skills through the Toastmasters high quality, low cost programme of development in communication and leadership in a variety of ways – not only could you develop an in-house Toastmasters club, you could alternatively conduct corporate speechcraft courses, or support staff to attend a Toastmasters club in the vicinity of the business.

During the past year, more than 600 new corporate Toastmasters clubs were chartered globally. The growth of corporate clubs has stemmed from companies seeing the value in having employees with the ability to communicate and lead effectively.
