1e High Performance Leadership Manual This manual features five projects offering instruction and practice in vital leadership areas such as developing a vision, goal-setting and planning, developing plans and strategies, and team-building. It also gives you feedback on your leadership skills. You are encouraged to choose a project of your choice to undertake and be assessed by a committee appointed by yourself. 2e Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Distinguished Toastmaster award is the highest Award that the Toastmasters organisation bestows and it recognises both communication and leadership skills. 3e Speech Contests Contests are a Toastmaster tradition. But you don't just have to be a contestant. You can also take part behind the scenes and become a judge, tally counter, and so much more while ensuring that your Toastmaster experience is that much more enriched.
