This page has information about the annual Toastmasters Week.
This event runs over two weeks each calendar year to allow each club time to promote their club and Toastmasters. Your Division Director will have information on specific activities.
- Each District runs an advertising campaign to raise awareness of Toastmasters throughout the country - its up to you to use this to raise awareness of your club in your community.
District Nationwide Advertising Campaign
Previously, advertisements will run on radio, in the Dominion Post, Central Leader, Waikato Times, Christchurch Press, Marlborough Express, Southland Times, Manawatu Standard, Taranaki Daily News, NZ Herald and Otago Daily Times, even on the backs of buses, to encourage people to visit your clubs and sample our excellent product.
Has your club organised Publicity Campaigns and Open Meetings? Make the most of this promotion by running your own publicity plan (flyers, notices, ads) encouraging friends, family, colleagues and the public to see how Toastmasters works. Also, this is the ideal time to check the Club Finder, your club website and Facebook pages to make sure they are accurate and up to date.
