Membership
To get involved with Toastmasters, all you need to do is visit your nearest club. With 200 clubs across New Zealand, there is bound to be one, maybe more, close to you. All are free to visit as our guest.
There is usually no need to register before attending. However, sometimes dates and venues can change, so we recommend that you contact the club beforehand. If you like what you see and want to get involved, just ask to join. Club members will take you through the process. And if you’re not quite sure, you can visit several times and several clubs before deciding.
How much does it cost?
Every club sets their own fees based on room hire and other expenses. However, the cost is usually between $25 – $40 per person per month, plus a one-off joining fee for new members. Renewals come due every six months.
