Staying the night in a different city is all part of the conference experience!
Some people want to stay close to the conference venue so that they don’t miss any of the action. Other people are happy to stay further away to save money. Whatever your budget or preference, there will be an option in Timaru that suits you!

Unfortunately, the Hospitality Liaison cannot assist with directly organising accommodation or act as a go back and forth between attendees. However, they can put you in touch with other attendees who have the same travel plans.
