Education

As a not for profit organisation, Toastmasters is one of the best value education providers.

Speaking at club meetings is the best way to build confidence, but having a structured learning programme can help people learn techniques and master the more technical aspects of public speaking.

We currently offer two education programmes for those who want to improve their public speaking skills. Pathways is the official learning platform of Toastmasters. Fast Track is a great option for those who want a quick introduction to public speaking, but don’t want to join a club.

Pathways

Anyone that joins a Toastmasters club is automatically enrolled into Pathways. This programme lets members choose a path that aligns with their goals and then offers a series of projects and challenges to help them build public speaking and leadership skills.

Each path is divided into five levels. The first two levels focus on building confidence and mastering the fundamentals. The third and fourth levels focus on the more technical aspects of public speaking. The fifth and final level gives members more advanced challenges that gives them the confidence to apply their skills in the real world. It typically takes a member 1 – 2 years to work through this programme.

Fast Track

Quick, easy and convenient. Fast Track offers a series of short video modules for those who want a fast introduction to public speaking. It is a great way to sharpen your skills ahead of a big speech.
