We’ve put together a diverse range of accommodation options to make it easy for you. Take a look:

Conference Refunds – Conference Registration 
If a request for a refund is made by 31 March, then registration fees will be refnded in full not including social event fees (see below). Requests for refunds made after 31 March and before 26 April 2024 will be partially refunded at the discretion of the organising committee. There will be no refund of conference registration fees from 26 April 2024.

Conference Refunds – Social Events
There will be no refunds for the Friday night social event, the Saturday lunch, or the Saturday Dine & Dance unless someone else takes the place of the person who cannot come. 

Questions and Answers

Q. I have paid my registration, why have I not yet received confirmation?
A. Registration confirmation is a manual process undertaken by our Treasurer, so there may be a minor delay in processing your email confirmation. Please feel free to email us if at d72conferencedunedin@gmail.com should you require any changes or need assistance.

Q: I can now attend in person. Is it too late to register?
A: Please email your interest to: d72conferencedunedin@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

Q: How does the online contest only pass work?
A: You will need to log in at a specific log in time, this will be included in your zoom invite. We would like you to log in at the latest 5mins before the contest. Once the contest chair begins to speak, we cannot allow people into zoom. Please note that finish times are appropriate depending on how long the contest lasts. Once the contest finishes, you will leave the conference. 

Q: I have registered as an online attendee, but haven’t received my zoom invite?
A: We will be emailing zoom invites closer to the conference. If you have not received yours by Wednesday 1st May, please email d72conferencedunedin@gmail.com
