The 2024/2025 District Leadership Committee Report is now available. Because the report is complete for some roles, applications are now open for floor candidates.
If you are intending to run as a floor candidate, you must submit your nomination to the District Leadership Committee Chair, Glen Pearce, by 1pm Saturday 3 May 2025. This is one week prior to the District Council meeting (currently scheduled for Saturday 10 May 2025). This is a requirement of Toastmasters International Policy and allows time for the District Leadership Committee time to check if the candidate is qualified to be a floor candidate.
Each year, the District must review its alignment of Clubs, Areas and Divisions to ensure compliance with Toastmasters International guidelines. Read the final report below to understand changes that may affect you. The period for submitting feedback has now closed. This report will be voted on during the District Council Meeting in May and will come into effect for the 2025/2026 programme year.

To set new members up for success, we highly recommend emailing this handbook as part of your club’s onboarding process.

Interested in using Canva to promote your club? UPDATE – We have now reached our limit of clubs that are able to apply for a ‘free teams account.’ But you can still set up a free Canva account and utilize the Canva club templates. These are available below. If you need any assistance with creating something more specific, please get in contact with either the PRM or Club Growth Director for assistance.
