Every year, the District Council holds an election to fill certain District Officer roles. This is usually done during the District Council Meeting in May.
Elected roles include Division Director, Club Growth Director, Program Quality Director and District Director.
Other District Officer Roles are typically appointed by the District Director.

Nominations to be an Elected District Officer for the 2026-2027 Toastmasters year have now closed. Thank you to those who submitted their application on time.
The District Leadership Committee will now conduct interviews and produce a report for the District Council Meeting to consider in May. Candidates will then be voted on during this meeting.
Information on how to run as a floor candidate will be posted here soon.
We will also put a notice out soon for non-elected (appointed) roles, such as Area Directors, Field Officers and District Managers.
